Businesses recommended by NAITD are selected following stringent government guidelines

The National Administration of Industry and Trade Development (NAITD) has developed this initiative to benefit consumers and small businesses with proven histories of high standards, particularly those involved in sections of the service, trade and allied industries.

This initiative is the result of extensive consultation with several government authorities including the Federal Bureau of Consumer Affairs, the Office of Fair Trading and Business Affairs and Small Business Victoria. Many consumer, small business, and industry groups have also generously contributed.

NAITD helps consumers make informed quality choices and avoid poor standards, horror stories, rip - offs and service providers from hell. It also promotes and provides more business opportunities for genuine, quality service providers.

In developing this initiative, NAITD has gained significant support and encouragement from various political, government, business, consumer and industry organisations, NAITD is registered with Small Business Victoria and is recognised for helping businesses achieve success.

NAITD provides a genuine win – win and wider community benefit. It follows stringent government selection guidelines including those of the Federal Bureau of Consumer Affairs to independently select, recommend and refer businesses with proven histories of high standards.

NAITD helps consumers avoid poor standards and make impartial, informed, and more reliable quality choices. It provides approved businesses with a very constructive, inexpensive and cost effective way to gain greater exposure, effective marketing, competitive advantages, referrals, more business enquiries, together with a strong, independent and validated recommendation.
