What is NAITD?
The National Administration of Industry and Trade Development (NAITD) is the result of extensive consultation with Australian government authorities, including the former Federal Bureau of Consumer Affairs and the Office of Fair Trading and Business Affairs, now Consumer Affairs Victoria. Small business, consumer and industry groups have also generously contributed.
Businesses approved to display the NAITD symbol are independently selected and endorsed for providing quality standards. The criteria used for their selection follows strict government guidelines. They have documented and demonstrated a proven history of high standards.
By selecting businesses licensed to display the NAITD symbol, consumers can make impartial, informed, and more reliable quality choices. NAITD provides approved businesses with an inexpensive and cost-effective way to gain greater exposure, and a positive, independent and validated recommendation. NAITD is registered with Small Business Victoria now Business Victoria and is recognised as helping businesses achieve success.
